To show people of any age or ability what really goes on behind the microphone!
Radio is a wonderful career to choose. It can be quite a hard job to get into though.
Maybe because:
a) You don't see radio jobs advertised at the local job centre
b) You don't see radio jobs advertised in the local papers.
c) Your careers advisor didn't have any information on getting into radio.
d) You don't know anyone in radio to ask.
e) You don't know anything about radio - other than what you hear coming out of the speakers!
f) You don't know what sort of qualifications are needed for the jobs involved.
So, how do you get into radio?
What sort of person do you have to be to succeed in radio?
Are you that sort of person?
There are so many jobs within radio, you may find that you could be a top sales or marketing person, or a fantastic producer. You don't have to be a presenter to be in radio, and Transmission Radio Skool aims to reveal all in a fun and lively way.
